From January 31 to March 9, the Kennon Road is open for light vehicles.
Preparations for the influx of visitors to the Baguio or Panagbenga Flower Festival are in full swing.
Kennon Road will be available for two-way traffic on weekends (31.01.2020 – 9.03.2020) from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well as every subsequent weekend.

On weekdays, Kennon Road will operate unilaterally to Baguio. Motorists are advised to limit the speed to 30 km/h and stay in the right lane. The descending lane is used by residents of Kennon Road.

They will strictly suppress inappropriate parking of cars, especially at the traditional attraction – the lion’s head.
In case of inclement weather, as landslides are inevitable, the road can be immediately closed.

Officially, Panagbenga will open on February 1, 2020 with the opening of the parade and program.
