Family Providers Accident Insurance (FPAI)

A packaged Personal Accident insurance product that provides fixed annual & monthly benefits in case of accidental death of the Insured providing compensation to beneficiaries including supplemental benefits for educational expenses, shelter allowance, and monthly pension. This product also provides built-in Unprovoked Murder & Assault Cover and Accidental Medical Reimbursement.
Acceptable age are as follows: 18 – 65 years old
Occupation acceptable for this product are as follows:

• Duties with No Manual Works – Mostly Office Duties
• Duties with No Manual Works – Office duties with occasional field works (Travelling, Inspecting or Surveying)

Hospital Cash Benefit Insurance (HCBI)

A packaged Personal Accident insurance plan that provides fixed daily hospital cash benefit paid directly to the Insured (not to a doctor or hospital) as a result of hospital confinement due to a covered accidental injury or natural illness, subject to Pre-existing Condition Exclusion Clause.
Acceptable age are as follows: 18 – 65 years old
Occupation acceptable for this product are as follows:

• Duties with No Manual Works – Mostly Office Duties
• Duties with No Manual Works – Office duties with occasional field works (Travelling, Inspecting or Surveying)
• Non-office duties with occasional light manual work – Work using Light Machinery
• Duties with light to heavy manual work – Skilled or Semi-Skilled Workers

Travel online

This travel insurance should not be used for the ff. purposes: travel for work / obtaining wrking visa, tournaments abroad
application for permanent residency abroad / citizenship abroad.
Acceptable age are as follows:

• 18 – 64 years old
• 65 – 70 years old – with 50% net premium surcharge
• 71 – 75 years old – with 100% net premium surcharge

Hazardous Sports Inclusion & Surcharge (100%):

• Abseiling
• Off-road mountain biking
• Canyoning
• Ballooning (as an organized excursion)

CTPL online

Coverage starts on the 1st day of the following month of your registration month. Note that the registration month is based on the last digit of your plate number.
Important Reminder:

• Check that your Plate Number is already uploaded in LTO database
• Check that your vehicle is due for registration

Additional charges:
No cancellation of used authenticated Confirmation of Cover (COC) shall be allowed. For cancellation of unused authenticated Confirmation of Cover (COC) and Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) Insurance Policy, computation of additional charge shall be based on the Short Period Rate Scale of the Policy.

OFW Insurance

This insurance product provides comprehensive coverage to overseas Filipino workers as required under the Compulsory Insurance for Agency Hired Migrant Workers as approved under Section 23 of R.A. 10022.
Benefits:

• Repatriation – paying for the cost of transporting his / her personal belongings. In the event of death, the insurance company must arrange and pay for the repatriation of the worker’s remains and property.
• Subsistence allowance is cash assistance to a migrant worker who is involved in a lawsuit.
